All rates are for a 7 night stay and will be prorated for the number of nights you wish to stay.

^Reservations

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required and must be received by our rental management company on Virgin Gorda within 14 days. MasterCard, AMX, and Visa accepted. May we suggest that alternate payment by International Money Order/Certified Check be sent to the rental management company via Federal Express, as mail service to the BVIs takes up to one month. The full balance would be due 60 days prior to arrival.  A 4% service charge is levied for balances being paid by credit card.

^{Damage Deposits}

A credit card imprint is required at check-in as damage deposit.

^{Minimum Stay}

Winter rates require a 7-night stay, summer rates require 5 nights, and Holiday rates require 10 nights.

^{Check-In Time is 4:00 p.m.                 Check-Out Time is 10:00 am}

^{Maid Service}

The villa is cleaned before your arrival and again following your departure.  On each day during your stay, except Sundays and BVI holidays, maid service will provide limited cleaning. The bed sheets are changed 2-3 times per week, and the towels are usually changed daily. We do encourage guest to re-use towels a second whenever possible to help conserve water and protect the environment from detergent pollution.

^{Cancellation Policy}

Cancellations occurring:

91 days or more prior to date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee

61-90 days prior to date of arrival= 50% cancellation fee

60 days or less prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee

^{Miscellaneous}

Baby cribs are provided by the Virgin Gorda Villa Rentals for $10 per night (Babies in cribs are not counted in the person rate). Additional persons/children on cots are $50 per night.  There are 2 portable cribs at the villa that are available for your use at no additional charge.

There is no personal laundry facility at the villa.

All guests will be met by an agent of Virgin Gorda Villa Rentals at the airport or ferry dock upon arrival.
