Welcome to Loblolly Villa, nestled in one of the Caribbean’s most beautiful coves, and well known for its secluded white sand beaches and spectacular snorkeling. The view from the Villa is truly remarkable, overlooking the soft hues of the warm Caribbean Sea extending all the way to the floating silhouette of the island of Tortola. Our family has created an embracing space of relaxation and rejuvenation in Loblolly. The Villa has 6 bedrooms, each with its own full bath, air conditioning and patio overlooking the sea. The unique hexagonal architecture provides absolute privacy in each bedroom. The Great Room, with its beamed cathedral ceiling, extends to an expansive covered patio overlooking the Caribbean’s magnificent sunsets. This
main living area is comprised of a gourmet kitchen with a center island,
and both an indoor dining and indoor lounging area complete with
television, VCR, stereo system with CD player, games, and an eclectic
library. As members of our
own family sometimes have to mix business with pleasure at Loblolly, the
Great Room also has an area conducive to working at a computer, along with
a separate modem/fax line. The
Great Room’s covered porch extends to a living terrace, which looks out
over
Loblolly's unique hexagonal freshwater pool. The porch and terrace
are comprised of a wet bar, several comfortable dining areas, BBQ grill
and views of the palm trees, Caribbean sand, and the blue sea beyond. May
we suggest spending your days swimming in either our pool or the ocean
which is only a two minute walk away, kayaking to the secluded beaches
that adjoin our own, playing tennis, snorkeling in our protected coral
cove, walking along the beach, or simply finishing a good book under the
ceiling fans in the Great Room. We
have taken particular care in ensuring that the house is child-friendly.
